2ND ANNUAL GOOD AS GOLD GIVES

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2026 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

THE BRAID MILL / PHILADELPHIA

Build attendance
and long-term support
for Good As Gold.

Good As Gold Gives is part of the Golden Grants Program, which provides financial relief to families facing hardship during the holiday season. Last year, Good As Gold provided $15,000 in assistance to 26 families. This campaign is designed to bring the right people into the room and give them a clear way to stay involved.

A clear event strategy creates more ways to participate.

Build attendance
and partnership interest.

The goal is to sell 100 tickets and raise $25,000–$30,000 while creating an upscale, catered evening with an open bar, music, raffles, giveaways, and networking. Professionals, business owners, community leaders, changemakers, sponsors, donors, and potential partners can see the Foundation's work and decide how they want to help. Ticket sales will help cover the event experience while supporting the fundraising goal.

Executive summary

Live More Capital will lead the event strategy and marketing before, during, and after December 19, from logistics and hospitality planning to advertising, content, and follow-up as needed.

01

Fill the room with the right people

Promote the event experience and the mission to the people most likely to buy tickets, give, sponsor, or build a longer-term relationship.

02

Show the Foundation's 2026 impact

Use family testimonials, partner remarks, photos, and video to show what Good As Gold accomplished across its programs this year.

03

Give partners a clear next step

Build a simple path for businesses to learn about programs, the EITC opportunity, sponsorship, donations, and future partnership conversations.

RECOMMENDED DIRECTION

Start with the December campaign, then decide how to continue.

Option A puts the immediate event campaign in motion and establishes the first partnership framework. If continued program promotion and partner development remain a priority, Option B extends the work after the event.

Review the two paths ↘

How the work connects

A simple plan from event promotion to follow-up.

We will explain the event, show the impact, reach the right people, and make it easy to buy a ticket, give, sponsor, or ask about a partnership.

  1. 01

Explain the event and the mission

Connect the upscale event experience to the Golden Grants mission and the Foundation's impact across 2026.

    Story + offer
  2. 02

    Reach the right people

Use advertising, email, and existing relationships to reach professionals, business owners, community leaders, sponsors, donors, and partners.

    Audience + reach
  3. 03

Use the content you already have

Build from last year's Good As Gold Gives videos, professional photos, event footage, and a new promotional video with Councilwoman Richardson.

    Content + video
  4. 04

    Make follow-up easy

Give attendees and businesses a clear next step for tickets, donations, sponsorship, EITC questions, or a future partnership conversation.

    Follow-up + next step

We can lead the work
from event strategy to follow-up.

Live More Capital leads

  • Campaign strategy, advertising, and weekly improvements

Choose the level of continuity your mission needs

Two engagement options
for December and beyond.

Both paths pair strategy with the advertising resources needed to put the work into market. The difference is whether the focus ends with the event or becomes an ongoing growth system.

Option B

Ongoing Agency Partnership

$4,497/ month

Includes agency fee + advertising budget, 90-day minimum

Extend the event foundation into agreed events, program enrollment, and continued partnership development.

  • Ongoing partner acquisition and campaign refinement
  • Continued email nurturing and regular pipeline reviews
  • Updates for agreed program campaigns within monthly scope
  • Monthly priorities, deliverables, and schedule agreed before kickoff

Important planning note

Advertising allocations and campaign dates will be finalized before kickoff. Google Ad Grants, including the potential $10,000 per month allocation, are separate from the advertising budget included above.

Possible future campaign: an adult flag football tournament fundraiser through Flag Motion League on Saturday, November 28. We can revisit that opportunity separately.

Rigorous measurement, without artificial certainty

Measure the work that builds support.

Attendance and fundraising targets are goals, not guaranteed outcomes. The campaign will make the work visible and measurable. Good As Gold retains ownership of personal outreach, funding conversations, commitments, and event execution.

Track

Ticket sales, measurable program signups, partner inquiries, conversations, confirmed support, and funds received.

Separate

Collected funds and future commitments, so the picture stays useful for decision-making.

Interpret

The $25,000–$30,000 figure as a gross fundraising planning target, not a guarantee or projection of net proceeds. Event expenses and marketing investment must also be considered.

Retain

Partnership messaging, outreach materials, and campaign insight that can inform support beyond the event.
